In our bar, set in the coolness of a cellar carved into the rock, you will find emir and öküzgözü wines from the vineyards of Ürgüp and Uçhisar, signature cocktails prepared with herbs particular to the region, and a wide selection of spirits. Live acoustic music accompanies the sunset.
