Our main restaurant, which carries the culinary understanding of Misya Restaurant in London to Cappadocia, offers a tasting menu that changes every evening. Most of the vegetables are gathered from the hotel's own garden; the meat and cheese come from small producers in the region. Reservation is recommended.
